What if the item I am renting arrives in poor condition?
Call or email us as soon as possible (phone: 1-508 949 7460) (email: terrigrace@juno.com) We will instruct you to return the item immediately. As soon as the item arrives, we will inspect it and credit your account for the full amount. It will be at your discretion whether you would like to rent another item or not.

When can I expect to see the results of my tracking key rental?
We will send you an email when your tracking key is returned. 2 to 4 business days after that, your results will be printed and in the mail to you. If you have not received the results within 7 business days, please contact us so that we can track your package.

Can I attach the tracking key on the outside of a car?
We recommend that you find a way to place the tracking key inside a car. The magnet should hold on any metal surface, but there is no guarantee. To be safe and to prevent loss or damage of the key, it should be placed inside a vehicle. This placement will not interfere with the key's ability to receive tracking, speed, or mileage information.

Why is your shipping cost so expensive?
The shipping cost is a reflection of two main items. First, it is the true shipping cost ($8.95 to your address and $8.95 to return the item via flat rate USPS) plus insurance. Second, it includes the $100 security deposit required.
